The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is conducting an 11-day training workshop in Otjiwarongo for regional electoral, information and technology, logistics, and returning officers ahead of the Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections scheduled for November this year.

Cabinet announces key decisions at 18th meeting

The cabinet has taken two key decisions during its 18th decision-making meeting. 

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Minister Emma Theofelus says one of the two is the hosting of the Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units plenary meeting in Namibia in July 2027.
