Ngutenanye defends WBA Pan Africa Flyweight title

Swakopmund-based Fillemon Nghutenanye retained his WBA Pan Africa Flyweight title by flooring Ally Ngwando in the 7th round of their fight this weekend.
Ahead of the fight, 27-year-old Fillemon Nghutenanye of the MTA Boxing Gym had a record of winning 9 out of his 10 fights, with one draw.
His challenger Ally Ngwando, who is only 19 years old, also had an impressive record of 8 wins, 2 draws and one loss.
The bout started well and made it difficult for one to judge, especially at an early stage, who would win.
