Breadcrumb

One of the top-performing schools in the Omusati Region, Onawa Secondary School, was robbed of N$50,000 in school hostel fees as well as voluntary contributions during the morning hours of Wednesday.

Yesterday, the school of excellence did not begin on a positive note.

Staff and learner morale was lower than expected when our news team visited the school.

It's alleged that robbers tied up an unarmed security guard on duty, gaining entry to the premises using an unknown object with which they broke the entrance doors of the school's administration building.
