Several Namibian horse owners recently praised their association's leadership and called upon corporate companies to invest in the growing sport code.
The Namibia Horse Racing Association is affiliated with the Namibia Sports Commission.
Among others things, their primary goal is to foster the development of horse racing in Namibia, aiming to engage individuals from every corner of the nation.
The Federation is under the leadership of Mannes Hendricks, who recently said, their vision is to host horse racing events throughout the country, with a particular focus on the northern regions.
Some of the horse owners that are part of the Association have already shown their appreciation towards the current leadership and called upon corporate companies to invest in the fast-growing sport code.
The term of the Namibia Horse Racing Association's executives ends in 2025.
Currently, the Association together with its affiliates is preparing for the most awaited July handicap that will take place at the end of this month at Okahatjipara, in the Okondjatu area.
