The police in Katima Mulilo have recovered stolen items from a female Zambian national who had been employed as a nanny in three separate households.

The items include kitchen cookware and utensils, blankets, clothing, and various other belongings.

Members of the Men and Women Network responded swiftly upon receiving reports of the suspect's intentions to flee back to Zambia.

Katima Mulilo Station Commander Charles Mayumbelo appealed to local businesses to support the Men and Women Network, which is assisting the police in combating crime.

"As you can see, they do not have uniforms or anything or donors outside there to come in and help our people, help these members that are behind here, because they are not just there for their own properties, but each and everyone, including my properties, when I'm not there, they are there. They are patrolling during the night; they patrol during the day; that's why today you can see what is behind here; if it were not for them, we could not have recovered them."
