The Namibian Football Association (NFA) has announced the appointment of Salome Iiyambo as its new Technical Director, effective from December 1st. Iiyambo brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served as the former Vice Captain of the Brave Gladiators, a CAF Women's Coaching Instructor, and an experienced FIFA candidate in sport management.

With her new appointment, Iiyambo expressed her excitement about making her mark in the football industry as it continues to grow and develop. She is determined to contribute to the advancement of football in Namibia and ensure its continued progress.

It is worth mentioning that Jacky Gertze previously held the position of Technical Director before Iiyambo. Iiyambo urges the public to recognize and appreciate the work done by her predecessors, emphasizing the importance of continuity and building upon the foundation established by those who came before her.
