Namibia's Brave Gladiators secured a 2-0 victory over Liechtenstein in their second friendly match of their European tour on Saturday.
The Brave Gladiators drew their first match against Liechtenstein 1-1 last week but bounced back with a convincing performance in the second encounter.
Utuzuvira Kahiriri opened the scoring for Namibia in the 22nd minute, netting her first international goal. Memory Ngonda doubled the lead with a goal in the 36th minute.
Veweziwa Kotjipati shared her thoughts on the match. Head coach Woody Jacobs expressed satisfaction with the team's performance and achievement of the tour's objectives.
With the win under their belt, the Brave Gladiators will enter the COSAFA Women's Championship, which kicks off on a date yet to be confirmed in South Africa, with renewed confidence.
