FNB, in partnership with the Namibian Basketball Federation, has unveiled the newly refurbished basketball court at Augustinium Secondary School in Windhoek.

The unveiling of the basketball courts marked a significant milestone in fostering sports development at the grassroots level.

Namibia Basketball President Nigel Mubita thanked investors for their unwavering support, which will enhance the sport, particularly in preparation for the upcoming 5-on-5 basketball tournament.

FNB CEO for Retail Banking, Nangula Kauluma, stressed the importance of continued investment in local sports as it will foster growth and uplift the youth.

Minister of Sports Egnes Tjongarero, in her keynote speech, emphasized the need for increased investment from FNB, expressing hope that the new facilities would inspire and nurture the youth to build future Olympians.
