With just a week to go before the start of the third edition of the Namibia Youth Games in the Oshana region, the Namibia Sports Commission stall at the Annual Ongwediva Trade Fair was seen promoting and selling the newly launched supporters' jerseys.

Officially launched in Windhoek two weeks ago, the Namibia Sports supporter's jerseys marked a significant step in promoting national unity through sport.

The jerseys come in three colors: red, blue, and white, with specific markings that represent the pride of the country and signify a symbol of national unity.

The Namibia Sports Commission stall, located in the Queen's Hall at the Ongwediva trade fair, also showcases other attires such as tracksuits and blazers, which are said to be available in due course.

Speaking at the NSC stall, Givean Samulandela, the Marketing and Public Relations Officer, explained the various projects to come.

Samulandela also mentioned that every Namibian should purchase national sports jerseys in support of the sports industry, as this attire gives every wearer a sense of belonging and identity.

The NSC stall also serves as a place to go for information regarding the upcoming Namibia Youth Games, scheduled to take place in the Oshana region from September 11th to 15th.
