Boxing fans gathered at the Roman Catholic Hall in anticipation of the WBA Pan African Super Featherweight title fight between Namibian sensation "Special One" Nangolo and Zimbabwe's Peter Pambeni.

The title fight concluded within the first minute of round one, with a decisive victory for Nangolo. Let's find out how.

Stamping this fight as a crucial milestone in his boxing career, Flame "Special One" Nangolo had much to prove.

Nangolo achieved just that by extending his undefeated record to 11 wins, stopping Zimbabwe's Peter Pambeni within the first minute of round 1 via TKO.

The 23-year-old Nangolo, already holding the ABU Pan African title, has now added the WBA Pan African Super Featherweight title to his impressive resume.

His promoter Imms Moses spoke on what's next for Nangolo.

Peter Pambeni is no stranger to the Namibian boxing scene but was however caught off guard by the swift turn of events in the ring.

Nangolo is expected to be back in the ring between November and January.
