The Zambezi Vocational Training Centre (ZVTC) has produced 225 artisans at its sixth graduation ceremony at Katima Mulilo.

The graduation hall experienced moments of excitement, enthusiasm, and a general sense of accomplishment.

It signified the closing of one chapter and the start of another for the 225 graduates in fields ranging from agriculture, farm machinery and infrastructure, office administration, bricklaying and plastering, clothing production, hospitality and tourism, joinery and cabinet making, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and metal fabrication.

The Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Technology, and Innovation, Nathalia |Goagoses, encouraged the 162 young women and 63 men to adopt a mindset of 'lifelong learning', constantly seeking growth and not hesitating to invest in their own futures.

"Zambezi is a treasure trove of opportunity; the agricultural sector, tourism, and emerging industries are all avenues where your skills can be put to good use. Whether you choose to work for established businesses, start your own ventures, or continue your education, learn to prepare for the future. By doing so, you will be better positioned to fully embrace your potential, seize opportunities, and make a meaningful impact."

She further congratulated parents, trainers, guardians, and families for their support and for investing in their children's development and potential.
