The Electoral Court is set to hear arguments from the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) and the Landless People's Movement (LPM) on Friday.
Both parties have taken legal action against the Electoral Commission of Namibia, seeking permission to inspect election materials following the recent presidential and National Assembly elections.
The elections, held between November 27 and 29, were marred by logistical issues, including shortages of ballot papers and technical glitches with the voter verification device.
These problems led the ECN to extend voting by two days, a decision that opposition parties have deemed unconstitutional.
The IPC and LPM argue that these irregularities compromised the integrity of the electoral process.
In the presidential race, Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah of the ruling SWAPO party was declared the winner with 57% of the vote, making her Namibia's first female president. Her main opponent, Panduleni Itula of the IPC, secured 25% of the vote.
The SWAPO party also retained its parliamentary majority, though with a reduced margin, securing 51 out of 96 seats.
The nbc will broadcast the court proceedings on its various platforms from 09:00.
