In a replying affidavit in which the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) seeks to nullify the 2024 Presidential and National Assembly elections, IPC National General Secretary Christine !Auchamus aligned the party's position with that of the Landless Peoples' Movement (LPM), supporting the claim that the 2024 voting process was unconstitutional and unlawful.

The IPC, however, distanced itself from LPM’s stance on separating valid and invalid votes, saying that the entire voting process from November 27, 2024, should be nullified.

“It would indeed be surprising if the opposing respondents disagreed with the IPC’s position,” !Auchamus stated.

She said that the irregularities, including ballot shortages and subsequent extensions, rendered the elections unconstitutional.

The affidavit criticises the ECN, the President, and the government for justifying the extension of voting, labelling it unlawful and suggesting that disenfranchisement was inevitable.
