The Moses ||Garoëb Constituency and the |Khomas Regional Council joined forces to donate more than 60 food parcels to the elderly people in the constituency.

The elderly received belated Christmas hampers since they are regarded as the backbone of society, the custodians of heritage, and the pillars of wisdom that guide the younger generation.

The event signified the importance of unity, compassion, and respect while celebrating the presence of the elderly in the community.

During the handover, Moses ||Garoërb Constituency councillor Stefanus Ndengu expressed the importance of uplifting elders in the community.

Acting senior administrative officer of the Moses ||Garoëb Constituency, Gabriel Namagumbo commended the |Khomas Regional Council, the councillor, and the Constituency Development Committee members for fostering valuable initiatives for community development.
