Otjozondjupa Regional Swapo Party Office welcomed new governor John ||Khamuseb, urging him to implement the party manifesto with urgency. 

The Swapo Party team, led by the party's regional coordinator, Imms Namaseb, set a joyous tone, singing revolutionary beats and dancing in their party regalia. 

Namaseb said the social contract with the Namibian people should be implemented, as every promise made in the manifesto must translate into tangible progressive programmes. 

The governor let the gathering know that he is not a new member of Swapo, as he had contributed to the party over the years. 

The party is mobilising intensely for the upcoming by-elections for the Otjiwarongo constituency and that of Grootfontein on 17 June this year.

The Otjozondjupa Swapo party family pledges full support to the office of the governor.
