The Namibia Football Association officially kicked off its C-Licence Coaching Course at the NFA Headquarters.
Forty aspiring coaches are in attendance—including former Brave Warriors players and even a current Brave Gladiators player.
The C-Licence course, designed to equip local coaches with essential tactical and technical knowledge, is being conducted under the guidance of qualified NFA instructors.
Participants bring a wide range of experience to the training pitch—from grassroots volunteers to former national team players.
Among the attendees are familiar faces: former Brave Warriors stars and a current Brave Gladiators player, all eager to give back to the game from the technical area.
NBC Sport spoke with the instructors to get their take on this year's group.
The participants themselves expressed excitement, sharing what this opportunity means to them.
The course runs over several days and covers everything from training methodology and game analysis to leadership and player development.
