First Gentleman Epaphras Ndaitwah visited the University of Namibia's (UNAM) campus in Keetmanshoop on Wednesday, where he engaged with the management staff and students.
The First Gentleman interacted with the management staff and students.
He provided a brief overview of his visit to the NBC News team.
"This is an institution of higher learning, and one of the main interests is to shape strategies and affairs of the institution. It's like all other fields. Strategic leadership management is the thing that is never exhausted; you always have to add some value to what you said yesterday."
The First Gentleman further said that the goal of his engagement was to impart knowledge that could benefit both the institution and the students who form part of it.
The Ndaitwah formed part of his activities under the Men's Conference programme, which will run in Keetmanshoop until 23 November.
