President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah is set to deliver her second State of the Nation Address (SONA) tomorrow.
The SONA is very important because it is a constitutional requirement under Article 32(2), where the president updates Parliament and the country on the current situation, looks back at past policies, shares future government plans, and allows for questions, which promotes accountability and national unity.
In her maiden SONA, the president highlighted seven key priority areas aimed at accelerating socio-economic transformation over the next five years.
News anchor Celma Ndhikwa spoke to Dr Charles Eiseb, Social Commentator, to find out what key policy priorities the president is likely to highlight.
