Author Job Angula has launched a book titled "Digital Namibia: From Paper to Progress", offering a roadmap for Namibia's digital transformation.

Angula, who is the Head of IT Risk and Control at a company in the Netherlands, is driving Namibia's digital transformation agenda through his book Digital Namibia.

He draws on experience across Africa and Europe to present a practical framework aimed at turning digital policy into action.

The book was launched by former ICT Minister Peya Mushelenga.

Angula said digital transformation is not a dream but a decision Namibia must make to improve service delivery and drive economic growth.
