Delegates of the Affirmative Repositioning Movement (AR) who are scheduled to attend the movement's National Activists Assembly (NAA) in November are expected to make a payment of N$400.00 per delegate.
In a letter seen by nbc News, the movement's Head of Administration, Tuhafenu Hangula, explains that N$200.00 is a contribution from the Interim Regional Activists Council (IRAC), and N$200.00 is a personal contribution from the individual delegate.
The movement plans to host a gala dinner a day before the assembly in hopes of raising funds, and has instructed each region to sell a table and 15 tickets.
The movement, which has been operating without an adopted constitution since its formation, will meet in Swakopmund and is expected to consider, discuss, and adopt the movement's constitution.
The leadership of the movement will also ensure that all AR constitutional structures are established across the country.
