The International University of Management (IUM) continues to increase its intake capacity annually.

The school that started with one learner in 1994 has a population of 13,500 students this year.

Speaking at the official opening of the 2023 academic year, Professor David Namwandi, the founder of IUM, says the university continues to reinvent itself to provide quality education.

IUM, he says, is determined to equip students with problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity skills that are aligned with the 21st century.

The university prides itself on introducing HIV and Aids courses, diplomacy, and international relations programs.

Professor Namwandi further called on the staff and the students to redouble their efforts for better performance.

This year, IUM will conduct its business under the theme "Year of Enhancing Service Delivery."
