A new chapter is being written for disability sport in Namibia, and it began on a Monday morning at the Avani Hotel in Windhoek.

The ||Kharas Governors Cup concluded in style, with the Namib Circuit Football Zonal Team winning the 2025 edition after securing maximum points in the group stages and defeating !Garib 2-0 in the finals.

The Governor of the Oshikoto Region, Sacky Kathindi, visited the Engowi and Omuntele road project, which was officially launched by former President Nangolo Mbumba in October 2023. The project was supposed to be completed in 12 months, but the governor is worried about significant delays.
