President Nangolo Mbumba has arrived in Doha, the capital of Qatar, this evening.
President Mbumba will participate in the 22nd Doha Forum, starting tomorrow.
A number of world leaders and senior government ministers, as well as thought leaders, are attending the two-day meeting.
The votes scored by all presidential candidates of the various political parties vary, with two top candidates outperforming their party candidates by wide margins of above 40,000.
One candidate among the top five has been outperformed by his party by 52,000 votes.
Swanu Party congratulated the president-elect, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
Despite political differences, the party says it respects the electoral body's declaration of Nandi-Ndaitwah as president-elect.
The President of Swanu says the party would not agree to the nullification of Presidential and National Assembly elections, as this infringes on the rights of those who went out to cast their votes.
