Namibia's first National Cultural and Creative Industries Strategy aims to nurture, develop, and celebrate artists, cultural practitioners, institutions, and creative entrepreneurs.

This was the message relayed during the official launch of said strategy, for the period 2025 to 2030.

For the 2025 financial year, Mobile Telecommunications Limited - MTC recorded an impressive 14,4% increase in revenue, growing from N$ 3,2 billion in 2024 to N$ 3,7 billion this year.

The Director General of the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), Stanley Similo, has reiterated that human oversight is crucial in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

These operators are small online importers who help customers order goods from outside the country, mainly from countries like China.
