Police in the Zambezi Region are investigating a murder linked to domestic violence in Mwemba village, Mafuta area.

The Namibian Agronomic Board hosted the National Agronomy and Horticulture Awards (NAHA) in recognition and celebration of the roles local farmers and stakeholders play in contributing to food security, agricultural growth, and broader sustainability.

Community and gender rights activist Rosa Namises has called on the government and stakeholders to stop using the term "marginalised" when addressing human rights issues, arguing that the word carries a negative connotation. 

Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, said Namibia is in the process of developing the Artificial Intelligence Act.

She revealed this in her response to the question from PDM MP Diederik Vries about the regulation and ethical use of AI.

The Indian High Commissioner in Namibia launched the Incredible World of Indian Textiles and Cotton exhibition in Windhoek to showcase that country's textile heritage and promote its cotton globally.

The exhibition will end on the 22nd of September.
