The new Simwine of the Masubia Traditional Authority, Gilbert Moraliswani III, has said he will stand on the shoulders of those who fought for the independence of Namibia.
He pledged to carry the responsibility bestowed on him with humility, openness, and respect for other traditional authorities.
The National Library in Brazil has donated 60 books to its Namibian counterpart, under the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts, and Culture.
This is the second donation of Brazilian books made this year.
