Police are investigating another suspected break-in at the Katima Mulilo Town Council, which occurred between Friday night and Saturday morning. 

Zambia's President Hakainde Hichilema has called for the total lifting of economic sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe.

Speaking at the Bi-national Commission in Harare, Zimbabwe, on Friday, Hichilema argued that the sanctions on Zimbabwe are limiting the interregional trade.

Some Grade 8 learners at Katjinakatji Senior Secondary School in the Kavango West Region are writing their final examinations without proper chairs or desks, forcing them to stand or sit on broken furniture.

The Chinese Embassy has handed over 25 corrugated iron houses to the families that were affected by rainstorms earlier this year in the Mankumpi constituency in the Kavango East Region.

The donation is worth N$300,000.
