Flood waters from southern Angola entered the Engela Constituency of the Ohangwena Region.

Residents living in flood-prone areas in the Ohangwena Region have been urged to be vigilant of the dangers that flood waters pose.

It was reported that the Cunene Province of southern Angola continues to receive good rainfall, leaving many areas submerged.

The water flooded into the flood streams toward the Angola-Namibia border, filling up the floodplains such as the Oshana shaNalumono stream.
