Lack of progress in the completion of Ananias Peter Nanyemba Road frustrates Havana residents

Breadcrumb

Residents of the Havana informal settlement in Windhoek are frustrated with the lack of progress in completing the construction of the Ananias Peter Nanyemba Road.

The community says they have been patiently waiting for four years, and taxis and other forms of transport cannot reach their area.

The Peter Nanyemba Road is the main road that links the informal settlement to the rest of Windhoek and provides residents with access to small markets for groceries.
