The Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) embarked on a leadership training seminar aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities among key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. 

The Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) is mandated to transform the public service in Namibia through improving management, leadership, and professional competencies.

The Acting Executive Director of the Namibian Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM), Sankwasa Mubita, says it is imperative to consider vocational training as it contributes to the growth of the country.

The NBC and the Namibian Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding that would see the two entities cooperate in a number of areas.

Through the MoU, the nbc employees including the nbc Board of Directors will receive training in different areas.
