It's against this background that the Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture has reaffirmed that every child has the right to quality education. 

The Operative Secretary of the Landless People's Movement (LPM), Dawid Eigub, says there is a need for the party to connect with all its members and establish the developmental challenges they face.
