President Hage Geingob has called on the 'haves' in society to help improve the conditions of the less privileged.

Dr Geingob addressed the opening of the Community Legacy Centre in the informal area of Outjo - a one-stop service centre.

Situated in the heart of Outjo's informal settlement, Etosha Port - the Community Legacy Centre was constructed through donations.

Young people and elders of the town constructed it on a voluntary basis.
