High Court Judge Thomas Masuku has ordered the forfeiture of several high-value assets from the Amushelelo Family Trust and related entities, following a successful application by the Prosecutor General under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act. 

The Keetmanshoop Magistrate's Court has given the state 30 days to obtain the Prosecutor General's decision on the murder case of two police officers accused of killing a local resident, Elleste Plaatjies.

The Windhoek High Court has provisionally withdrawn a case in which the members of Heaven Ark Housing are demanding their land and credentials back, which were allegedly taken by the developer Stefan Malan.

The withdrawal of the case has left the group in dismay.
