MICT Minister highlights limits of AI in media and content delivery

The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, has emphasised that, while AI can enhance efficiency and improve content delivery, it does not possess moral judgement or editorial responsibility. 

She emphasised that this obligation must always remain firmly in human hands.

Kavango East drops in NSSCAS but tops NSSCO rankings

The Kavango East Region has dropped five spots in the 2025 Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary Advanced Subsidiary (NSSCAS) Level for full-time candidates based on overall national performance. 

In 2024, the region ranked third place, but 2025 saw it place eighth.
