The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) conducted public interviews to fill vacancies in the High Court's criminal and civil divisions.

Prosecutor General Martha Imalwa faced a setback as the Windhoek High Court denied her application for a restraint order against two implicated entities in the Fishrot corruption scandal.

NAMDIA spokesperson Beverley Coussement explained that the disclosure of the recovered diamonds' value took over a month due to an independent valuation process aimed at ensuring accuracy and compliance with required procedures.

The total weight of the recovered diamonds is 4,511.50 carats.
