PETROFUND awards scholarships to 13 NIMT trainees

The Petroleum Training and Education Fund (PETROFUND) has awarded scholarships to 13 trainees enrolled in electrical and boilermaking technical training programmes at the Namibian Institute of Mining and Technology's (NIMT) southern campus in Keetmanshoop, aiming to help them secure meaningful employment. 

Ame church group awards education grants to needy

Founded a year ago with the objective of transforming the lives of marginalised communities, the ZTT AME Church Ememe partnership project awarded education grants totalling about N$20,000 to 16 students to help support their academic dreams.

The grants ceremony was held on Saturday at Keetmanshoop.
