Labour Commissioner Kyllikki Sihlahla says a staff retreat at Swakopmund is underway to re-engineer the Labour Commission's business strategy and address the challenges.

Usakos murder accused Steven Garoeb denied bail

39-year-old Steven Garoeb, accused of murdering Usakos resident Imolatria Dominika Gaoses, has been denied bail.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has charged the Education Deputy Director for the Erongo Region, Natalia Guriras, and a colleague, Betty Somses, with allegedly providing false information to admit Somses to a teachers’ programme at UNAM.

Guriras and Somses were arrested on Wednesday in Swakopmund.
