The government of Eswatini has reiterated that its correctional facilities continue to implement strict security measures to ensure the safety of the members of the public, including the inmates, in light of it taking in additional third-country nationals deported from the U.S.

Namibia's political stability continues to hold significance within SADC, particularly as several member states are preparing to conduct general elections in the near future.
