Swapo Party MP Salomon April has called on lawmakers to uphold the decorum of the National Assembly and follow parliamentary rules when raising grievances.
The call followed last Wednesday's disorder that forced the sitting to adjourn early.
The second session of the 8th National Assembly resumed this week after recess, but the sittings have already faced two early adjournments on consecutive days due to procedural disagreements among members.
