The Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Party has noted with grave concern the "unwarranted US aggression against Venezuela and its people".

AR calls on all progressive nations, parties, and organisations to fearlessly denounce the US's heinous acts and demand the release of President Maduro and his wife.

Six new United States Peace Corps volunteers were sworn in in Windhoek at the US ambassador's residence. 
The volunteers will serve in different sectors, including health, education, and economic development, for one year.
