Namibia's national golf team finished fourth in the team stroke play competition at the Africa Region 5 Golf Championship in Eswatini.

Namibia's amateur golf scene is on the rise, led by two standout players making headlines at home and abroad.

After a four-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Eastern Open Golf Championship returned to the picturesque setting of Gobabis.  The tournament attracted a strong field of 32 of Namibia's top golfers, a significant increase from the 21 participants of the previous year.
