The Presidency says the bilateral talks between President Nangolo Mbumba and the German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, focused on several issues in the relations between the two countries.

Dr. Mbumba and Scholz met on Monday on the margins of the ongoing Hamburg Sustainability Conference.

President Nangolo Mbumba is set to participate in the opening and high-level panel of the Hamburg Sustainability Conference, alongside the Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz. 

The two leaders recently co-chaired the UN’s Summit of the Future, which culminated in the adoption of the Pact of the Future.
