The Katutura Youth Complex, constructed to boost recreational activity and social development, is now home to over 400 homeless people.

The police in the Zambezi Region have joined other members of the force in the rest of the region for a 5-day cleanup campaign.

The cleaning campaign is happening at five police facilities in the region, partly to keep the youth busy.
