The Elindi brothers have taken their fight for freedom to the Windhoek High Court, arguing that the magistrate who denied them bail treated their evidence unfairly and branded them liars without justification.
The State has objected to granting bail to Austin Elindi and Connie Van Wyk, who were arrested on Monday by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) in connection with the alleged NAMCOR multi-million dollar corruption scandal.
