The Elindi brothers, who have been arrested and accused in the alleged NAMCOR multi-million dollar corruption scandal, have approached the High Court to have their bail denial by Magistrate Linus Samunzala set aside.

Magistrate Linus Samunzala has denied bail to all bail applicants in the NAMCOR proceedings.

The applicants include Immanuel Mulunga, Peter Elindi, Malakia Elindi, Olivia Dunaiski, Jennifer Hamukwaya, and Leo Nandago.

Magistrate Linus Samunzala will deliver his ruling on the bail applications in the NAMCOR case on September 26.

The accused, including former NAMCOR employees and associates, were arrested by the ACC last month.
