Magistrate Linus Samunzala has denied bail to all bail applicants in the NAMCOR proceedings.

The applicants include Immanuel Mulunga, Peter Elindi, Malakia Elindi, Olivia Dunaiski, Jennifer Hamukwaya, and Leo Nandago.

In delivering the ruling, the magistrate noted that the evidence of the accused persons contained contradictions and falsehoods.

The group is accused in the NAMCOR corruption matter and is alleged to have misappropriated millions of dollars.

Samanzula said they are not good candidates for bail.
