Joel Angula (45), one of the suspects implicated in Saturday’s diamond heist, appeared before the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court today.
Angula faces multiple charges, including one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of uncut rough diamonds.
Joakim Kayangura was denied bail in the Rundu Magistrate Court following his arrest in the hit and run that occurred along the Trans Zambezi Highway.
The incident happened over the weekend.
Julius Haupindi, 21, who was among the five victims, died instantly.
