The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Youth, Civic Relations, and Community Development has held a two-day stakeholder consultation with health training institutions and students.
 

The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) held a public session in Katima Mulilo this week to discuss the National Policy for Qualification Standards, with stakeholders urging stronger oversight of training institutions and clearer pathways from education to employment.

||Kharas Governor Dawid Gertze has raised concerns over the mushrooming of unaccredited institutions. 

He made these remarks at the one-day Namibia National Qualifications Authority (NQA) information session held in Keetmanshoop on Thursday. 

The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) has introduced the first version of the National Policy on Qualifications Standards. 

The policy aims to facilitate the development of relevant skills and knowledge creation.

The Namibia Qualifications Authority is hosting the opening session of the second regional validation workshop on the SADC Qualifications Framework.
