Omaruru District Hospital also joined in celebrating International Nurses Day.

The Oshakati Hospital joined the rest of the world in celebration of International Nurses Day, recognising the selfless contribution that nurses continue to make towards the health and wellbeing of communities.

The day also honours the legacy of Florence Nightingale as the founder of modern nursing.
