The Minister of Agriculture, Water, Fisheries and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, has clarified that the Kavango River water link to Windhoek project is currently at the Environmental Impact Assessment stage, with consultations involving communities, traditional leaders, regional and local authorities and other stakehol
